We hope this answers some of your Frequently Asked Questions regarding the Miss United States Agriculture National Pageant.
How do I register to compete at the Miss United States Agriculture National?
If there is a State Pageant in your State, you must first compete at your state pageant. If there is not a State Pageant offered in your state, you can register at large to represent your state at the Miss United States Agriculture Pageant. Our National year runs from July – June. So for any states who DO NOT have state pageants, newly appointed state titles can begin being registered for the following year immediately following the National competition.
Can a contestant represent another state?
Yes but the following rules apply. If a state pageant is held in your state, you must compete at your state pageant. After the state pageant has been held, contestants who competed are then eligible to register at large for a regional title. If a state pageant is NOT held in a state and that particular contestants state title has already been filled the contestant can then register at large to represent a state but she must first take a neighboring state, if those states are not available then another state can be chosen.
What are the age divisions?
Contestants must compete based on their age as of January 1st, 2018.

Contestants who do not win a State Pageant can register at-large to compete at the National Miss United States Agriculture Pageant for $399. Contestants can register at a reduced rate of $199 until September 1st.
Is there a mandatory ad fee for contestants?

What happens if a contestants register and then is unable to compete?
Pageant entry fees are non refundable and non transferable. A contestants title is not “taken” from them in the event they are unable to fulfill their obligations and compete.
What is required of me as a State Queen?
I always say that your reign is truly what you make of it. We have some queens who are incredibly involved with their communities during their reign as a Miss United States Agriculture Queen and we have some that due to schedules can’t be quite as involved. So again, your reign is truly what you make of it! : )
